All outputs, tables, and directory records are provided strictly on an informational, "as-is" basis. Nothing on this website constitutes legal counsel, financial or investment advice, a certified cadastral survey, or official banking or postal routing instructions.

2. Gold and silver rates are indicative historical records

Gold and silver prices displayed on Yannis (Gold & Silver Prices in Nepal) are stored observations from published association feeds (primarily the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, FENEGOSIDA) or administrator-imported historical archives. They do not represent a binding quote or offer to buy or sell bullion from any jeweller or bank. Retail jewellery invoices in Nepal include making charges (jyala), wastage allowances (jarti), stone weight adjustments, and applicable taxes above raw bullion rates. If an upstream source feed is delayed or closed on a Saturday or public holiday, Yannis displays the most recent stored observation along with its explicit source publication date.

3. Land area conversions do not replace a certified cadastral survey

Our Nepali Land Area Converter applies standard mathematical conversion constants (5,476 sq. ft. per Ropani and 72,900 sq. ft. per Bigha). Mathematical unit conversion cannot account for physical terrain slope, road-widening setbacks, river buffer zones, or historical measurement variations on older paper maps. Actual property transactions, partition deeds, mortgage valuations, boundary disputes, and municipal building approvals require a certified cadastral survey (Napi) by a licensed surveyor (Amin) and verification against the official lalpurja land ownership deed at the Land Revenue Office (Malpot).

4. Calendar, age, and date conversion boundaries

The Nepali Date Converter and Bikram Sambat Calendar operate strictly within their documented 1975–2099 B.S. (1918–2043 A.D.) month-length lookup table. They do not include lunar tithis, astrological panchang auspicious times (sait), or annual cabinet-declared public holiday notifications published in the Nepal Rajpatra. When filing citizenship certificates, passports, academic transcripts, Lok Sewa applications, or legal contracts, always confirm dates against the primary government certificate.

5. Nepali text, font, numeral, and word-count review

Phonetic transliteration (Nepali Typing) and legacy encoding conversion (Preeti to Unicode and Unicode to Preeti) apply automated character mapping rules. Proper nouns, complex Sanskrit conjuncts, half-letters, and mixed Nepali-English sentences can require manual proofreading. Always inspect converted text carefully before submitting official government applications, legal pleadings, or commercial print runs.

6. Nepal Postal Code & Ward Code Finder disclaimer

The Nepal Postal Code & Ward Code Finder is based on the 753-local-level postal code schedule covering all 753 federal local levels across 7 provinces and 77 districts. Please note the following specific limitations regarding this plugin's content:

• Structural vs. factual verification: The plugin validates CSV schema structure, 5-digit local-level uniqueness, and 7-digit ward range math, but does not independently field-verify the operational status or physical delivery boundaries of every local post office or ward office across Nepal.
• Coordinate reference levels & distance radar: All 753 local-level records include municipal or local-level reference coordinates, Plus Codes, and straight-line Haversine distance calculations for convenience. These coordinates represent municipal or local reference points rather than field-surveyed postal counter entrances.
• No navigation guarantee: Map coordinates and external Google Maps links are approximate reference points only and must never be relied upon for physical navigation to an active post office or municipal building. Always confirm critical postal and ward codes with the General Post Office or the relevant municipal office.

7. Nepal Bank Branch & SWIFT Directory disclaimer

The Nepal Bank Codes, SWIFT & Branch Finder is a searchable reference directory built from 6,263 NCHL-IPS member and branch records across 53 financial institutions (underlying NCHL branch list dated 2026-01-12 from nchl.com.np/download/) combined with an enriched CSV dataset. Please note the following specific limitations regarding this plugin's content:

• Not official payment or wire instructions: Bank codes, branch codes, SWIFT/BIC codes, and combined routing codes displayed in this tool are reference aids only and do not constitute payment or wire transfer instructions.
• Unverified CSV enrichments & source tags: Bank-level 8-character and 11-character SWIFT/BIC codes, SWIFT source classifications (Official by Bank for 4,950 branch rows, Third Party for 760 rows, and Not Available for 553 rows), and contact details originate from the uploaded enriched CSV and have not been independently verified by the plugin unless an administrator has recorded a dated HTTPS verification override. A source label of "Official by Bank" in the CSV reflects a classification tag in the dataset, not a live verification link.
• Routing / IPS Number (Internal Transfer): The 7- or 8-digit Routing / IPS Number combines the 4-digit NCHL bank code and the branch code padded to a minimum of 3 digits (for example, 0401001) for domestic interbank and internal transfer reference. Always verify exact transfer instructions with your bank.
• Head Office Contact & administrative units: Phone numbers and email addresses shown in the institution overview are official Head Office Contact details for central customer support (unless a branch card explicitly displays a direct branch phone or email). Furthermore, the 6,263 listed records include internal bank departments, clearing centers, and administrative offices alongside physical walk-in branches, and physical street addresses are not provided. Always confirm account, branch, and SWIFT details directly with your financial institution before sending or receiving funds.
